Cash was humanely laid to rest on 4/21/09. He suffered from a quarter size tear in the membrane lining that surrounded his intestines that caused his intestines to be lodged.
The vets said that he would only have less than 10% chance of survival after surgery was performed. We opted to have him put to sleep. He will be greatly missed. He was one
of the prettiest foals we've raised. RIP little guy.
